Copper Titanium
The
Copper Titanium master alloy is
used for the production for titanium containing copper wrought alloys. These
possess good mechanical properties with corrosion and wear resistance. The
master alloy is also used as a deoxidizer.
Copper Magnesium
The
Copper Magnesium master alloys
are used for the de-oxidation and desulphurization of copper and copper
alloys. They also find application in the production of low alloyed wrought
CuMg alloys that are used in wires, cables and trolley overhead lines in
combination with good electrical conductivity. The master alloys is
sometimes used in the production of nodular cast iron.
Copper Sulphur
The alloy form of
Copper Sulfur contains
nearly 20% of sulfur as alloy. This master alloy can be used as most common
semiconductor in use after doped silicon. It is used in certain
environments, owing to its corrosion resistance.
Copper Iron
The
Copper Iron master alloys are
mainly used in the production of copper alloys, offering important savings
in terms of dissolution time and energy compared with pure iron. In many
cases the use of pure iron is not even feasible at all. The copper iron
master alloys easily dissolves in molten copper alloy. Iron improves the
corrosion resistance and the resistance to impingement attack of copper
nickel alloys. Iron acts as a grain refiner in brass. In aluminum bronzes,
iron refines the structure and has a beneficial influence on the mechanical
properties.
Copper Zirconium
The
Copper Zirconium master alloy is
used in the production of precipitation hardening copper alloys which are
used in various electrical engineering applications. Zirconium also acts as
a grain refiner in brass. Added to aluminum bronzes, it enhances the
corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Copper Bismuth
We provide
Copper Bismuth, which is
semi-finished product available in different shapes such as waffle plate,
rod in coils and ingot. We provide copper-bismuth 25%, that are used for
chip breakers and for improving the machinability of brass and copper.
Copper Chromium
The
Copper Chromium master alloy is
used in production of chromium containing copper alloys exhibiting a
combination of high tensile and yield strength, hardness, thermal and
electrical conductivity and cold and hot workability.
Applications:Resistance welding electrodes, Seam welding wheels and
Electrical & Thermal Conductors that require more strength than provided
by unalloyed copper.
